Often, when people want to create a special event with live entertainment, they are a bit overwhelmed by the possibilities and choices. Or they may have never done this before and aren’t quite sure where to start. They really want a perfect event, but they just aren’t sure how to pull it all together, stay within their budget, and have it turn out great.

We have extensive knowledge of what entertainers are available, in every price range, to fill the clients needs. Our goal is not to just “fill an order”, but to find the right fit, the entertainment most appropriate for your event within your budget. We work diligently to accomplish this.
How can I be sure of the quality of your entertainers?
The performers we represent have proven track records of success: They are professional, experienced, and respected in the industry by their peers as well as by their customers. We encourage you to check their references, their promotional/auditon materials, and even to see them in person whenever possible before making your decision.
How do I hire someone through you?
You may contact us directly, or fill out the web questionnaire with information about your event: the kind of entertainment desired if you have something in mind, or information about the audience as found on our inquiry page. We will review and discuss the details with you and make suggestions of those entertainers we think will fit your needs. Some of our most sought-after entertainers can be found on our web site, or we can send you their promotional materials to review.
When you make a selection, we will generate an engagement agreement containing all of the details discussed and agreed upon. Only after you review and approve the written agreement, do we ask that you sign and return it with a deposit to hold the act.
The agreement is then sent to the entertainer for his or her signature, after which you will receive a fully executed copy for your files. Both the agency and the entertainer will also keep copies on file.
We will arrange arrival and set up times, contact the venue if necessary with stage size, sound & lighting details, electricity requirements, etc. prior to the performance date.
Again, our performers
are seasoned, experienced professionals, with years of success and an
array of satisfied customers. They will usually make contact with you
a few days prior to the performance to discuss any new developments or
changes, and to ask pertinent questions about the audience.
